Operations Manager

Job Description

Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize daily operations to improve productivity and reduce costs.

· Internal Communication: Facilitate effective communication between field teams and management to ensure alignment and responsiveness.

· Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to ensure operational goals are consistently met.

· Staffing & Training: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training to maintain a skilled and adequately staffed workforce.

· Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to uphold high standards of patient care and service delivery.

· Budget Management: Monitor and manage the operational budget to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.

· Crisis Management: Develop and execute strategies to address operational disruptions and emergencies effectively.

· Business Development: Serve as a customer-facing representative within the local healthcare community to foster relationships and drive business growth.

· Additional Duties: Perform other operational support functions as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Job Requirements

    The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and abilities required to be successful in this role.

    Education

    · High School diploma or equivalent

    · College degree (desired but not required)

    Work Experience

    · Approximately 3-5 years EMS experience as an EMT or Paramedic

    · Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.

    · Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    · Proficiency in performance metrics, budgeting, and quality assurance practices.

    · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Certification and Licensure

    · Missouri EMT or Paramedic license or Registered Nursing License

    · Valid driver’s license
